Q: What is the ordering process? How long does it take to produce the garment?
A: Each garment is made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, it will take around 7-10 days to create your unique garment. When your garment is ready to ship, you will receive another confirmation for shipping along with a tracking number.
Q: How do I know what size I am? What is the fit like?
Juvina Ortega’s designs are mostly relaxed and versatile enough to look good on any body type. Feel free to email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for any specific questions on sizing/ measurements. Also, each listing includes a sizing guide reference for your convenience.
Q: I don’t see my size, can I request a product in my size?
Of course! Feel free to contact email@example.com for additional sizes and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q: How do I return/ exchange my item?
Each Juvina Ortega design is made with love and always made to order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for an exchange, store credit or refund. Please note that sale items purchase at an additional discount using a discount code at checkout are final. Any sale items marked “final” in the product description are also final.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags still intact. All returns must be sent back 7 days upon arrival. We promise to exchange the item for free or refund the item in full, minus return shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping cost, unless the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

Q: Can I order swatches to see the fabrics?
A: Absolutely! If you’re not sure about the fabric, color, etc, we can send you swatches.

We ship all domestic and international shipments via USPS.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash (at pop up events), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept pre-paid debit gift cards, personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
